Clear and Transparent Fees
If you decide to instruct me, I will make clear at the outset the basis upon which you will be charged and the cost of the work I have agreed to undertake.
Where a fixed fee has been agreed, further fees may become necessary if the scope of the work changes, for example because new evidence emerges, further work is requested, or the matter develops in a way that could not reasonably have been anticipated at the outset.
You will always be told about any additional fees in advance, and no additional work will be undertaken without your agreement to the further cost.
If you are ever unsure about my fees or what they cover, please ask.
Direct Public Access. I am qualified under the Direct Public Access Scheme, which means you can instruct me directly without going through a solicitor.
Authorised to Conduct Litigation. I am authorised by the Bar Standards Board to conduct litigation, which means that, where appropriate, I can conduct litigation on your behalf as well as advise and represent you.
